To say Chris was a much loved and respected Freemason is probably the biggest understatement ever! I have not met a single person who, having met or spent time with him, that haven't just loved the whole experience. He was just so much fun, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable too. A great sense of humour too, which was always to be best appreciated at festive board after a meeting! Neither will we ever forget him and his trusty guitar when dining either, rendering some of our music as only Chris could do, to the appreciation of all present! Every so often, sometimes just once in a lifetime, someone comes along that leaves an indelible mark on your life, and those of so many others. Chris was that person. He has touched so many lives in so many wonderful, loving, helpful and fun ways, that he will never be forgotten. Time will pass, but those cherished memories will never be forgotten. And how lucky we are to have been fortunate enough to share in those wonderful moments and memories. A fun loving gentlemen to the end. Good bye my friend, I will miss our banter, and I hope we can all in some small way emulate the quiet love and help you have so seamlessly transmitted throughout your life. If we do a fraction of that then we too will be able to say a genuine 'thank you' to you for your help and guidance. Rest in peace Chris, you were, and still are, an inspiration to us all.
